Static Problems?

Static can be a problem in many manufacturing processes.  Scott Equipment offers many solutions from SMC that will eliminate your static problems.

IZS31 Bar Ionizer

This ionizer is suitable tor greater mounting distances from the work piece, and for discharging wider materials, The curtain of ionized air, working together with a feedback sensor, can reduce static by 90% in as little as 0.3 seconds!
  • Bar lengths range from 300 to 2300mm
  • Easy electrode maintenance
  • Adjustable ion discharge frequency for various work piece travel speeds
  • 7-stage LED display indicates work piece voltage polarity
  • Electrode, sensor and voltage alarms

IZF10 Fan Ionizer
Achieve static electricity discharge without attaching to an air supply.  A freestanding fan and four electrodes combine to achieve a +/-13V ion balance within 1.5 seconds.
  • 3 LEDs indicate power, abnormal voltage and required electrode maintenance
  • Fine adjustment of ion balance
  • 400mm x 800mm treatment area
  • Small form factor enables mounting in enclosures and tight spaces

IZN10 Nozzle Ionizer
The nozzle style is ideal for focused static electricity elimination at short and medium ranges.  The blowing air also clears unwanted dust contamination from the target.  Ion balance is +/-10~15V in 1 to 5 seconds.

  • High flow and energy saving options
  • DIN rail, pivot and L-bracket mounting options
  • 4 LED status indicators
  • Electrode cartridge maintenance without dismounting the body
  • 50mm x 50mm treatment area
